Open Hotel Lobby AI on mobile in a full browser
Start in Safari, Chrome, or your updated browser. If a social post opens the site inside another app, use that app's option to open the page in your browser when available. This gives you a place to manage tabs and downloads. Embedded browsers can behave differently, so avoid assuming their file picker or sign-in return matches the full browser.
Keep the creator tab available while preparing the video. A link to a guide can help you choose photos, but opening a second creator tab makes it easier to mistake one draft for another. On a shared phone, check which account is signed in before uploading personal images or buying credits.
Hotel Lobby AI on mobile does not require you to record the performance. The two photos identify the people; the selected source performance provides the movement and original audio. Microphone access and a new voice recording are not part of this generation flow.
Find two portraits before opening the picker
Locate one clear image of each person in your photo library or files. Open each at a comfortable size and check the eyes, nose and mouth. A photo that looks sharp as a tiny thumbnail can reveal motion blur when enlarged. Pick a different image if hair, a hand or dark glasses conceal the features you expect friends to recognize.
Use two separate single-person files. A group shot is a poor shortcut when each face occupies only a small part of the picture. If a shared photograph is your only source, prepare two individual crops and inspect whether each still contains enough visible facial detail. Upload those separate files only if they remain useful portraits.
Give yourself a simple way to distinguish them. For example, keep the chosen pictures next to each other in a temporary album or name exported copies after the subjects. Do not rely on nearly identical thumbnails when both people wore the same outfit at an event.
Let the phone finish preparing each upload
Select the first portrait, wait for its preview, and then select the second. The browser prepares compatible images before upload, including automatic compression. Large originals are not rejected merely because they exceed an arbitrary original-file size cap, but a phone can still run out of memory while decoding a very large picture.
If preparation stalls, return to the original image and create an ordinary JPEG, PNG or WebP copy with your phone's existing photo tools. Keep the face clear. A supported copy is more useful than repeatedly choosing an unsupported file whose extension has only been renamed.
Avoid clearing browser data while troubleshooting a draft. Local photo and setting drafts are designed to last up to 24 hours, but that is not a backup promise: private browsing, storage cleanup or another device will not necessarily have the same draft. Keep the original portraits in your own library until the video is finished.
Check the small-screen controls deliberately
The left and right upload slots describe the intended performers in the output. Read them from the viewer's perspective and use the swap control if necessary. A photo preview confirms which file you selected; it cannot preview the generated expression or guarantee the final likeness.
Hotel Lobby AI on mobile offers the same core choices as the desktop creator: Classic, Verse or Encore when their source assets are available, 9:16 or 16:9 framing, and Standard or Pro. Watch the preview for the selected combination before submitting. If the preview is unavailable, a template name alone does not tell you how that performance moves.
Choose the frame for the destination. A vertical social post often benefits from 9:16, while a video intended for a landscape screen may fit 16:9. Do not rotate the phone and assume this changes the saved output. The selected ratio controls the requested composition.
Understand the sign-in and payment return
Standard uses 300 credits and Pro uses 400. The available one-time packs contain 450 credits for $9.90, 1,250 for $19.90, or 3,150 for $39.90. There are no free generation credits or automatic subscription renewals. Your remaining balance does not automatically expire.
Pressing Generate creates the intention to make this video. If sign-in or payment is needed, complete it and return to the creator so that the same intention can continue. Ordinary sign-in, buying credits by itself, or reopening a saved draft should not start a video.
After returning, inspect the page for an accepted task before pressing Generate again. An accepted task belongs in My creations. Multiple deliberate submissions are separate paid jobs, even if their portraits look the same. Hotel Lobby AI on mobile can accept additional tasks when your balance covers them, so repeated tapping is an expensive way to check whether the first request worked.
When Hotel Lobby AI on mobile can keep working
Wait until the site acknowledges the task before leaving the creator. A local upload preview is not that acknowledgement. Once accepted, processing happens on the service, and you can revisit the result through the same account.
There is no fixed completion-time promise in this guide. A slow task is not automatically a failed task, and an uncertain submission should not be recreated just to refresh the screen. Reopen My creations and check the existing entry. If it still needs attention, keep its identifying details for support.
If your phone sleeps while a photograph is still uploading, reopen the browser and check whether preparation or upload actually completed. If it sleeps after the task was accepted, start by checking that task rather than repeating the upload. The point where the interruption happened determines the next action.
Save the completed video on your phone
Open your completed creation and use its download action. Give the browser time to finish transferring the file. Playing the online preview proves that playback works; it does not prove a separate copy has been saved on the device.
For iPhone and iPad, Apple's current instructions direct users to Downloads in the Files app, with a shortcut through Safari's download control after a transfer. On Android, Chrome provides a Downloads view and downloaded files can be found through the Files app. Folder names and locations can vary with your settings.
A downloaded video may not immediately appear in Photos or the gallery used by a social app. Open the file first, then use an available save, share or import action appropriate to your device. The download guide covers that distinction in more detail.
Recover from an interrupted return
Suppose the bank confirmation opens another app and your browser later shows the creator again. Before doing anything else, check whether an accepted task already appears in your account. A visible balance alone proves neither that a video started nor that it failed. If the same account shows no accepted task and the page still needs a step completed, follow that state. Keep any receipt and task information available for support instead of repeatedly buying another pack.
Finish with a local playback check
Play the saved file from beginning to end with sound. Check both faces, the beginning and ending of the clip, and whether the selected orientation is correct. If playback stops, inspect the download status before assuming the generation itself failed.
For a hypothetical phone workflow, imagine that you return from checkout and see one processing entry, then later find the finished file in Downloads but not in your social app's picker. The next step is to import or share that file from your device. Nothing in that sequence calls for a second generation.
Hotel Lobby AI on mobile is easiest to manage when you keep three things distinct: the local draft, the accepted account task, and the downloaded copy. Return to the creator with your two selected portraits when you are ready, and keep the task entry as your reference until the saved video has passed this check.
