How Hotel Lobby handles your account, photos, payments and generated videos.

Hotel Lobby stores your name, email address, sign-in records and credit transactions to operate your account. Google sign-in is optional. Payment checkout is handled by Waffo; we keep order identifiers and payment status, not your full card details.
You choose two portraits for each video. Your browser resizes and compresses them before uploading. We send the prepared portraits and selected performance template to fal for Kling O3 processing. That provider processes the material to produce your video.
Uploaded portraits are scheduled for deletion within 24 hours after their associated tasks finish. If another active task still needs a portrait, deletion waits until that task is resolved. Unused uploads are scheduled for deletion after 24 hours. Service outages may delay physical removal; cleanup retries automatically.
Completed videos remain in private storage without an automatic expiry while your account remains active. Only you can access them through your account unless you create a share link. Anyone who receives that link can watch the video. Revoking the link stops future access through it; it cannot remove copies someone has already downloaded.
Deleting a video disables access and schedules its stored file for removal. Deleting your account revokes share links and schedules your media for removal. Material still needed by an active generation is retained until that task can be resolved.
We save your draft, prepared photos and pending generation request in your browser so you can return from sign-in or checkout. Drafts expire after 24 hours and are removed when next opened. Clearing site data removes this local copy. Required cookies maintain your sign-in session and remember interface preferences.
The service uses Vercel for hosting and background processing, Neon for account and task records, Cloudflare R2 for media storage, fal for video processing, Waffo for checkout and an email provider for account verification and password recovery. Processing locations and provider retention practices can differ. The deletion schedule above describes storage controlled by Hotel Lobby.
