My photo will not upload
Use JPEG, PNG or WebP with one clearly visible person in each slot. The browser resizes and compresses supported images before upload. A file can still fail if the device cannot decode it, runs out of resources or receives a damaged image. Export another supported copy and try preparing it again.
An upload error does not by itself create a generation task. If the browser draft is no longer available, add both photos again before submitting; the site cannot recover local photos from another device.
I need to finish signing in
Email registration requires verification before you can sign in with a password. Use the verification message or the resend control. Google sign-in follows its own account flow. Stay in the same browser if you want to resume a saved photo draft.
An earlier explicit Generate request may continue after authentication. Ordinary login does not create a new video. Cancel a pending request in the generator if you no longer want it to proceed.
I paid, but the balance has not changed
Credit grants follow the verified payment result, not just the checkout return page. Check the account balance and billing record before purchasing again. Keep the payment reference for support. Do not send passwords, secret keys or full card details.
A confirmed technical failure returns the reserved generation credits. A result that is still being checked or saved may need recovery rather than a second submission. Creative retries after a completed video use credits again.
Contact support
Email [email protected] with the task identifier or payment reference, the approximate time and a short description of what happened. Include the browser and device when the problem involves uploads or playback. Avoid attaching personal source portraits unless support specifically needs them to understand the issue.
Do not submit another paid generation just to test whether a slow task has recovered. Keep the original task reference so the same request can be investigated.
