Accounts, one-time credit packs, generation, refunds and sharing on Hotel Lobby.
2026/10/10
Hotel Lobby creates personalized, 15-second duo performance videos from two portraits and a selected template. Results are generated by an external AI provider. Appearance, gestures and lip movement can vary; a particular likeness or result is not guaranteed. Hotel Lobby is an independent service.
Keep your sign-in details secure and provide an email address you can access. Email registration requires verification. Google sign-in is also available. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account.
Credit packs are one-time purchases: $9.90 for 450 credits, $19.90 for 1,250 credits and $39.90 for 3,150 credits. Credits accumulate without an automatic expiry. There is no recurring subscription. Checkout shows any applicable additional charges before payment.
A Standard video uses 300 credits; Pro uses 400. The selected cost appears before you generate. Credits are deducted when the service accepts a task. More than one task can run when your available balance covers them.
Clicking the generation button authorizes the selected task. If sign-in or more credits are needed, we preserve that request and continue it automatically after those steps. You can cancel a pending request before it starts. Visiting the website, signing in or purchasing credits without a pending request does not start a video.
A confirmed generation failure returns its credits once. If the provider may have accepted a request but has not confirmed the outcome, we investigate that original request before deciding whether to refund it. We do not automatically submit another paid generation.
If the video has been generated but saving fails, we retry saving the same result. A completed video uses its stated credits even if its visual result does not match your preference. A new attempt is a separate generation. Contact [email protected] about purchase refunds or billing errors. Any rights you have under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.
Use images you are permitted to submit and do not use the service for harmful impersonation, harassment or unlawful material. Review generated content before sharing it. Videos are private by default. Creating a share link makes the video accessible to anyone holding that link; disabling it cannot recall downloaded copies.
Provider queues, outages and storage problems can delay processing. We do not promise a fixed completion time. Completed videos remain available without an automatic expiry while the account is active, unless you delete them or the service must remove them. Download a copy of videos you want to keep independently.
